Honeycomb Turkish Towels

Also known as a "peshtemal," and originating from the Denizli region of Turkey, the Turkish hammam towel is a flat-woven cotton fabric, traditionally used in Turkish baths. The contemporary Turkish towels we use today evolved from this centuries-old tradition.

Turkish cotton is made of very long fibers, giving it exceptional softness and suppleness. Unlike terrycloth towels which become stiff and rough with washing, Turkish cotton softens even more. Thinner than most towels, they dry quickly, making them ideal for the beach and pool.

These soft, honeycomb-woven towels, adorned with silver or gold brocade and beautiful fringes, will transform your bathroom into a true spa.

Hand-woven in Denizli, Turkey, they are finished with traditionally hand-knotted white fringes. Dimensions: 36" x 76" (90 x 190 cm)

How to Wash Your Turkish Towels

Machine wash at a maximum of 40 °C, delicate cycle. Air dry or tumble dry at low/medium heat. Do not use bleach.
