Shipping Conditions
Shipping for our Millie & CO items:
- Shipping: $10 across Canada
- Free for purchases of $150 or more
For items from our partner brands, shipping costs may vary depending on the supplier and the product.
Shipping fees: Final shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the different items in your cart.
Delivery Times
Millie & CO products are generally delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
To offer you an even wider selection of products, we also collaborate with trusted partner suppliers. If your order includes items from these partners, they may be shipped separately and arrive a few days apart.
Rest assured that every item is on its way to you. If you have any questions about your order, our team is always happy to help.
Other partner brands: Specific delivery times for each designer are indicated directly on each product page. We invite you to consult them before confirming your order.
Important information:
Order tracking: As soon as one of our partners ships your package, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email to follow its journey.
Return Policy – Millie & CO
At Millie & CO, your satisfaction is our priority. Here are the general return conditions applicable to your purchases.
Return period
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to contact us to initiate a return.
Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- Sale or final clearance items are not eligible for return.
Return fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective item: Millie & CO fully covers return costs and proceeds with replacement or full refund.
- Wrong item received: Return shipping costs are our responsibility.
Procedure
Contact us at ateliermillieandco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 to 3 business days with return instructions.
Refund
Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Important note
Some items come from partner suppliers and may be subject to specific return conditions. These conditions will be communicated to you at the time of your return request.
