Shipping Policy and Delivery Times
To offer you a unique and varied selection of products, we collaborate with several trusted designers and suppliers. Your items are shipped directly from their own workshops or warehouses.

Due to this arrangement, delivery times and costs vary from one supplier to another. If your order contains items from different brands, it is perfectly normal to receive your products in several separate packages and on different dates.

Our delivery times by brand:
Millie & Co: Processing and delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.
Other partner brands: Specific delivery times for each designer are indicated directly on each product page. We encourage you to review them before confirming your order.

Important Information:
Order Tracking: As soon as one of our partners ships your package, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email to track its progress. Shipping costs: Final shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout stage based on the different items in your cart.
